Cleveland Rape Crisis Center’s Main Office provides convenient access to comprehensive services for survivors of rape and sexual abuse, including counseling for adults, children and families; support groups; and victim assistance. Many services are available in Spanish.
Available services also include prevention programs for school-aged children and youth, professional training and many other customized services tailored to schools, organizations and professionals.
Cleveland Rape Crisis Center’s offices are currently closed. Clients can access individual counseling via telehealth services by computer, smartphone, or phone and victim assistance services and case management via teleservices by computer, smartphone, or phone. Our hotline services will remain open during this time, and survivors, their loved ones and members of the community are welcome to call, text or chat online 24/7.

The Halle Building is located on Euclid Avenue at East 13th Street in downtown Cleveland. Enter the building through the main lobby, which is accessible from Euclid Avenue (ADA access) or Huron Avenue East.
Parking: The closest option for parking is the Halle Building Parking Garage. Dedicated parking is available for clients. Please call for more information.
Public Transportation: From Tower City, take the Health Line Eastbound or the free green E-Line Trolleys that run frequently along Euclid Avenue to East 13th Street.
