Clients who have received services from Cleveland Rape Crisis Center are welcome to complete the Client Satisfaction Survey at any time to share about their experiences.
To provide a complaint to Cleveland Rape Crisis Center, please complete the Complaint Form below. The Clients Rights Officer will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within three business days and communicate the findings within 20 business days.
Note: If you do not provide your name and a valid phone number or email address, no one will follow up with you to resolve your complaint.
