Cleveland Rape Crisis Center’s Shaker Square Office provides convenient access to comprehensive services for survivors of rape, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking, including individual counseling for children and adults; assistance for survivors who are considering legal options or navigating the criminal justice process.

 

Cleveland Rape Crisis Center offers a safe space to access help, no matter how long ago you were hurt – all at no cost to you.

Cleveland Rape Crisis Center’s services are available remotely via telehealth and teleservices, as well as in person by appointment.

The Shaker Square Office is located in the Northeast quadrant of Shaker Square, next to CVS

Public Transportation
• By Bus: Take the 48/48A (University Circle – East 131) or 11 (Quincy – Buckeye) routes to Shaker Square
• By Train: Take the Rapid Blue/Green/Waterfront Line to the Shaker Square Station
• Walk to the Northeast quadrant of Shaker Square
• Enter through the front or side door

Driving
• Take Moreland Blvd. or Shaker Blvd. to Shaker Square
• Drive North on Shaker Square, then turn right on N. Moreland Blvd.
• Turn right at Cormere Ave. and park in the Shaker Square parking lot, NE quadrant
• Enter through the front or side door

Parking

Ample free parking is available in the rear of the building. Access the parking lot from North Moreland Blvd. and Cormere Ave., just north of Shaker Square, then enter through the side door or front door.

Shaker Square Construction Update from the City of Cleveland

June 2024

The northwest quadrant of Shaker Square is currently under construction. Traffic detours will be as follows:  

• At the northwest quadrant of Shaker Square as water main replacement is being performed, traffic will be detoured east from the intersection of Larchmere Blvd and North Moreland Blvd, and then south on Coventry Road, and then west on Shaker Blvd. The northwest quadrant is scheduled to be opened for traffic in late June 2024.
• The current construction on North Moreland from Griffing Avenue to Larchmere Blvd will continue during this time.
• The parking lot behind CVS will remain open.

The overall project is scheduled for completion in October 2024.
