Arnetta Matthews
- Arnetta leads the team providing vital education and prevention programming in our communities. Arnetta is smart, talented, hardworking, and always willing to lend a helping hand to others. She embodies CRCC’s mission in everything she does, and she truly is a shining star in our organization. Arnetta leads with strength and grace, and I cannot think of anyone more deserving of this recognition in 2026.
- Arnetta has built a strong team. She is single-handedly rebuilding so many relationships with community partners and trying to find new places for us to connect with the community. She is a ray of joy and sunshine every time she enters a space.

Gaebrielle Poole
- Gaebrielle is highly deserving of this award for her consistent dedication, exemplary leadership, intentional service, and selfless commitment to others. Throughout her time at the agency, she has led with integrity and compassion, setting a strong example for her colleagues while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
She goes above and beyond to ensure that every individual she serves feels seen, supported, and valued, approaching her work with purpose and care. Her willingness to step in wherever needed—often without recognition—reflects a genuine passion for service. Her leadership and lasting impact truly embody the spirit of this award. - Gaebrielle consistently goes above and beyond not only to support survivors but to truly embody the hope and passion of everything CRCC is and should be!
- Gaebrielle Poole should be elected for the Peter DeMarco Award because of her unwavering dedication to the vision and mission. She is an awesome addition to the agency and has truly excelled in leadership and professional growth. As a vital asset to the Hotline, she ensures compassionate, high-quality service, while also serving as a strong and supportive manager to her team. Jackie Kvach
- Jackie is the unsung hero of staff care and wellness at CRCC. She has been a member of the staff engagement committee for many years and always heads our staff events with grace and precision. Jackie is currently building our intern and volunteer programs with many other departments making her one of the most collaborative people at the agency.
- Jackie is dependable, steps in without being asked, and handles challenges with a positive, solutions-focused attitude. She genuinely cares about who we serve and takes pride in continuing to build the organization.
- Jackie always goes above and beyond to bring projects and events to our staff and the community. Her event planning expertise, team-oriented and friendly personality, and her work in revitalizing CRCC’s volunteer and intern programs are truly worth the recognition and honor of the Peter A. DeMarco award.

Jasmine Jones
- Jasmine is an incredibly leader and visionary. Jasmine is inquisitive, approaches situations from an equitable lens, and takes initiative to ensure the job is done and done well. She has effortlessly stepped into her new role and is committed to ensuring we at CRCC operate in excellence. Jasmine approaches supervision and staff care from a trauma informed and empowerment lens. When I think of how to handle situations or what is missing, I often ask, “WWJD?” (What would Jasmine do?). She is the true embodiment of sisterhood as she will hold you accountable, uplift you, and be there in your time of need. Jasmine is more than deserving of this honor.
- Since her promotion to Director (and even before then) has been excelling in her role and just being a team player. Passionate about this line of work and truly dedicated to our mission. She is killing it navigating so many projects and departments while also creating and navigating the new supervisee with interns and volunteers.
