Our internship program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the movement to end sexual violence. Whether you’re exploring macro-level systems work, providing direct client support, or engaging with community outreach, your internship with CRCC will be meaningful, mission-driven, and professionally enriching.

Internship Tracks
We offer placements for both undergraduate and graduate students across disciplines. Each track can be tailored based on program requirements and CRCC’s needs.
Undergraduate Internships
For students seeking exposure across multiple areas of nonprofit work.
- Length: Semester or full academic year
- Focus Areas:
- Community education & outreach
- Public affairs & communications
- Fundraising & development
- Administrative support
- Observation in clinical and hotline services
- Data, programs, and evaluation
Includes guided reflection and structured learning plan across departments.
Graduate Internships (MSW, MNM, MPA, MPH & more)
For students pursuing professional degrees requiring practicum hours.
- Tracks:
- Client-Facing (Micro): Hotline support, hospital accompaniment, case management, co-facilitation of support groups (where applicable)
- Administrative/Non-Client-Facing (Macro/Mezzo): Policy research, community organizing, training development, data and evaluation, program planning, leadership
- Supervision: Provided by qualified professionals with LSW, LISW, MNM, MBA and/or other relevant credentials (note: some interns will receive supervision from staff other than the program coordinator)
- Flexible Design: We will work with your university to ensure your placement meets accreditation and licensure standards.

Start Dates: Fall, Spring, and Summer cohorts
Hours Required: Based on your program
Location: In person (based on location and availability) and Hybrid depending on department
