Expanded Office Days Starting June 8

CRCC Advocates:

Beginning the week of June 8, we are expanding the opportunity for clients to schedule appointments at CRCC’s offices at Halle, Mentor, Shaker Square and Westlake to our regular Monday – Friday schedule. At the same time, we will be resuming our call center hours at the Shaker Square location from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. All safety protocols remain in effect and can be found alongside all CRCC policies and procedures on the U drive here.

Chiefs, with strong consultation from Directors, will be responsible for determining the in-office schedule for each team. For some positions, some of your work will continue to performed remotely. Other positions require work to be conducted in the office every day. We are confident that we can manage the schedule in a way that allows us to maintain 6’ physical distancing at all times.

Additionally, CRCC will begin to engage in our community-facing work on a selective basis. Travel kits with cleaning and sanitizing supplies will be available to all who engage in these activities. Safety protocols including mandatory health screenings, practicing good hygiene, mandatory face coverings, cleaning and sanitizing and maintaining 6’ physical distancing are to be followed. We expect this work to start slowly and increase with frequency over time. We will continue to do what we can virtually to drive survivors to services and educate the community about sexual violence and how to prevent it.

You will receive more communication from your supervisors in the next few days about your specific schedule and expectations. As always, please direct questions to your supervisor and/or to HR.

As a reminder, you are encouraged to send suggestions about how to increase the health and safety our employees, clients and guests to: safety@clevelandrcc.org.

Advancing our mission in the time of COVID-19 requires creative problem solving in ways big and small. We expect our work to be forever transformed by this pandemic and are committed to supporting survivors, promoting healing and prevention and advocating for change with as much vigor as ever before. Thank you for all the ways that you bring our mission to life.
